Designing for people means designing with purpose.

My philosophy as a UX designer is rooted in the belief that every interaction should be intuitive, accessible, and meaningful. With a foundation in both UX and marketing, I approach design not just as a creative discipline—but as a strategic tool for connecting people with the information, systems, and services they need.

I’ve led design initiatives across sectors from early-stage startups to national nonprofits and federal agencies, translating complex systems into experiences that are usable, human-centered, and aligned with organizational goals. Whether I’m prototyping a benefits portal for veterans or revamping a community site to boost engagement, my focus is always on impact.

Marketing taught me how to speak to an audience. UX taught me how to listen. Together, these disciplines allow me to craft products that don’t just function, they resonate.

At its best, design can mobilize, inform, and delight. It can even make us laugh so hard we cry. That’s the kind of work I strive to do: real experiences, built for real people.

Professional Experiences

I’m a UX/UI Designer with a background in marketing strategy, user research, and interface design. My career began in nonprofit and startup environments, where I led brand development and digital marketing initiatives, often building solutions from the ground up. These early roles sharpened my ability to adapt, learn quickly, and lead with both creativity and strategy.

Today, I bring those strengths to my role as a UX Designer and Strategist at Booz Allen Hamilton. I lead human-centered design efforts for large-scale federal systems, including a benefits delivery platform that processes over $3.4 billion in veteran transactions. My work spans end-to-end UX from research and stakeholder workshops to wireframes, prototypes, and accessibility audits, always with a focus on solving complex problems for real people.

Colleagues have described me as adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented—someone who thrives under constraints and delivers clean, thoughtful experiences. My goal is to design products that are intuitive, inclusive, and grounded in empathy.

Bio

Born and raised in Highbridge, a neighborhood in the Bronx best known for Yankee Stadium, Cardi B, and the infamous Joker Steps (if you know, you know), I grew up immersed in the energy and creativity of New York City. The city was my playground—and my classroom. From Broadway shows to surreal art installations, I spent every spare moment soaking in the arts, culture, and motion of the city that never stops creating.

My early love for storytelling and visual expression naturally led me to Baruch College, where I earned a BA in Corporate Communications as a SEEK Scholar. I didn’t choose my major for any one subject—I chose it because I loved presenting ideas and connecting with people. Communication was always my superpower.

That passion eventually evolved into a career in UX/UI design, where I get to blend creativity, empathy, and strategy to craft experiences that inform, engage, and inspire. I’m also an anime enthusiast (yes, I’ve definitely lost sleep over cliffhangers) and a proud advocate for design that’s built with real people in mind.

NYC taught me how to think fast, speak clearly, and build things that matter. That energy lives in everything I design.
